Food Prep (Nov. 19th, 2014)

For my last trip I made all my meals. This cut my meal plan atleast in half and now I know what I am getting. Also, It was a ton of fun making new dehydrated foods. My previous knowledge of dehydrated food was pretty minimal. Now I know how to dehydrate beans, jerky, chili, turkey, tuna and the list goes on and on. Don’t get me wrong some of the items didn’t taste the best, but its a learning process no matter what your doing in life.
