Malkolm and Baldor got an early jump to the day. Was nice having the hard snow in the mornings, so you don’t fall thru. We did a solid twenty miles and made it over Pinchot Pass. It looked like we were the first ones to attempt it this year. So Baldor being the fastest hiker, did pretty much all of the post holing. There were massive snow fields covering the trail, which made this pass a little difficult. Forded some chilly streams later in the day, but were able to get a fire going to warm up and dry out our socks and shoes.
