Appalachian Trail

Self-Support Record

I completed my #1 goal that I set out for this year.  I set the new self-supported speed record at 53 days 22 hours and 57 minutes.  My second goal was to hike the Triple Crown in a calendar year.  Unfortunately, I didn’t complete my second goal, but I made it a little over 6,200 miles before calling it a year.  Those miles consisted of the Pacific Crest, Appalachian, and about half of the Continental Divide.
